Meet Dr. Steven Cowser

“The body is always telling a story—I just have to figure out what it’s saying.”

STEVEN-HEADSHOTDr. Cowser found massage therapy by chance while still in school. After a session where someone worked on specific muscles, he noticed how much lighter he felt, especially in his lower back. It made him realize how much tension he had been carrying without knowing it.

That experience led him to explore massage further, starting with helping his mom manage pain and eventually working with other clients. Seeing the difference he could make through soft tissue work pushed him to keep learning and deepened his interest in movement, pain, and hands-on care.
