Meet Dr. Brianne Hollandsworth, PT, DPT, CLT
Dr. Bri’s roots run deep in Saint Louis. A North County native, she holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Missouri State University. A certified lymphedema therapist, she holds pelvic floor certifications through Herman & Wallace for both female and male patients. She’s also trained in postpartum recovery and delivery prep.
She combines clinical depth with deeply personal insight. After years of working in neurologic, orthopedic, oncologic, and medically complex rehab settings, Dr. Bri realized what was missing—space to slow down, listen, and treat the whole person. She built her practice to change that, so you feel seen, heard, and supported from day one.
And when she’s not helping patients, she’s likely hiking with her rescue dog or planning her next national park road trip.
How Pelvic Floor Therapy Helps You Function Better
Think of your pelvic floor like a hammock made of muscles, stretching between your hips and tailbone. These muscles control bowel and bladder function, support your organs, and anchor your spine and hips. When they’re tight, weak, or uncoordinated, symptoms can show up in surprising ways.
Dr. Bri helps people of all genders address pelvic floor dysfunction that often looks like:
- Leaking urine or stool
- Constipation
- Pelvic pain or painful periods
- Pain with intimacy
- Tailbone pain or SI joint discomfort
- Postpartum recovery and delivery prep
- Diastasis recti
- Chronic low back or hip pain
- Prolapse symptoms
Her advanced certifications in internal and external pelvic assessments—and her lived experience with cycle issues and cysts—allow her to approach care with empathy, skill, and strategy. Her goal is to help you feel stronger, more connected, and more in control of your health.
What Is Lymphatic Therapy—and Why You Might Need It
The lymphatic system is your body’s waste and immune transport network. When it slows down, waste builds up, and so do symptoms like fatigue, swelling, and brain fog. Dr. Bri became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist after witnessing firsthand how often issues like lipedema and post-surgical swelling go unaddressed.
Lymphatic therapy can support people experiencing:
- Fatigue or brain fog
- Stiffness or joint pain
- Bloating or swelling
- Itchy skin or skin changes
- Trouble recovering from illness
- Cold hands and feet
- Post-surgical swelling
- Lipedema or lymphedema
Sessions include manual lymphatic drainage, a hands-on method for improving lymph flow and helping your body clear out what it doesn’t need.
Why Dr. Brianne’s Approach Feels Different
During her academic and early practice years, Dr. Bri noticed a pattern: patients were falling through the cracks because they were too rushed, too standardized, and too disconnected.
I didn’t want my value as a clinician to be measured by how many patients I saw. I wanted to create a space where care meant something; where people felt confident in their healing.”
That’s what led her to open her own practice. You won’t be one of many here; you’ll be the focus. Her philosophy? Don’t wait until things get worse. Start now, with the right support.
