Community Engagement & Hobbies

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Cantu is actively involved in the St. Louis softball community, offering her expertise to young athletes through hitting and building lessons and supporting local teams at tournaments. Her strong interest in sports chiropractic stems from her own experiences as an athlete, combined with her specialized training in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) and the McKenzie Method® of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy® (MDT), among others. These methods focus on retraining movement patterns and self-management techniques for pain relief and improved function.

When she’s not helping patients at our O’Fallon office, you can find Dr. Cantu staying active outdoors with her dog Honey, baking gluten-free treats, or exploring the sights of St. Louis.
